Answers to a few frequently asked questions about courses...
Due to the digital nature of the products, there are no refunds after purchase.
You have access for the lifetime of the course, including all updates. This means that, as long as the course exists, you will have access to it, including if it moves to a different platform.
The community space for this class is specific to the class!
If you are not already a member of the Fireweed Community, you will only see the community area related to the class(es) you've purchased.
If you are an existing community member, you will see a new area available corresponding to the course. If you're an Immersion level member, don't forget to use your discount code!
Access to the Fireweed Community is separate from the self-paced courses, and access to this community is not included in the course purchase.
Accessibility is very important to me, and I do my best to ensure the courses are as welcoming as possible! Here are some specifics:
Each course is a mix of written content, video and/or audio components, and downloadable PDFs.
Transcripts are available for audio/video content. Slides can be provided upon request, though I also do my best to describe what is on the slides while speaking.
The community areas are largely text-based.
All images have alt descriptions.
Transcripts will be provided for live events within a reasonable timeframe (this is a manual process, and so it can take some time to produce the transcript).
If you have access needs for live events, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to the event via email (kate @ fireweedacupuncture.com). I also welcome any questions about the classes and accessibility - don't hesitate to email me!
