Welcome to Goals That Stick! This mini-class will walk you through the process of identifying useful goals that you can actually achieve.

This class has 6 lessons:

  • Key Concepts - 5 key ideas to keep in mind when picking and pursuing your goal

  • Process vs Outcome Goals - Learn the difference between process goals and outcome goals, and why it matters

  • Getting Started - Start to brainstorm which areas of your life and goals you'd like to work on

  • Reflect on Past Goals - Take some time to explore what has (and hasn't!) worked well for you in the past, and use this information in refining your future goals

  • Getting Specific - Start creating your plan for your goal, including exploring some roadblocks that may come up, and making a plan for when these happen

  • Start Your Experiment - Learn how to set up your timeframe, decide how to track your progress, and plan for your next steps after your experiment ends.

Each lesson has an audio lesson and reflection prompts! I recommend keeping a dedicated journal or computer file where you keep track of your thoughts as you go through the course.
