New Patient Appointment Wait List

Thanks so much for your interest!

Sign up here to be added to the wait list for new patient appointments. I’ll send a message to this list first when appointments become available. Typically, I send out an email every 1-2 months to let people know when I have openings for new patients, but it depends on my availability.

New patient appointments are filled on a first-come-first-served basis - whoever schedules first once the email is sent will get the appointment.

I answered a few FAQs below, but if you have additional questions, feel free to email me at kate@fireweedacupuncture.com!

Frequently asked questions

Here are answers to a few of the most frequently asked questions about new patient appointments. You can find answers to more general FAQs here and New Patient Appointments here!

What is the initial cost for a New Patient Appointment?

New patient appointments are 90 minutes long and $160 (with acupuncture) or $190 (acupuncture + bodywork, such as massage or cupping). This includes an in-depth intake, initial treatment, and a personalized care plan after your visit. Coaching appointments are structured a bit differently; for more information on that, click here.

How much do follow up appointments cost?

Follow-up appointments are typically 60 minutes and are $95 (with acupuncture) or $125 (acupuncture + bodywork). I also offer 75 and 90-minute follow-up appointments. You can see more about all my appointment types and prices on this page.

How often will I need to come to see results?

Frequency depends on a variety of factors! But, typically, new patients can expect to come weekly for 4-6 weeks, then biweekly or monthly for a while, then as needed. We work together to find a frequency that fits your needs, schedule, and budget.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not direct bill any type of insurance, including Medicare/Medicaid, workers' comp, or auto claims. I do accept HSA/FSA cards, and can offer a receipt (Superbill) for you to attempt reimbursement from your insurance company.
