You can park in any open parking spot in either lot next to the building! The workshop space is on the upper floor of the building - look for the C above the door and the Fireweed Acupuncture sign on the door.
If you use the walkway from the top parking lot, there are no stairs.
If you park in the lower parking lot, there are two flights of stairs to climb.
The door to the clinic does not have an automatic/motorized door opener; we will be meeting participants near the door and can assist with opening it if needed.
There is a single-occupancy bathroom in the clinic that everyone is welcome to use; it is down the hall on the right. All hallways are large enough for mobility aids. There is one bar for stability in the bathroom.
We will have a HEPA air filter running in the workshop space. Masks are welcome but are not required at this time. If you have respiratory symptoms, please do not attend the event.
Click here to view interior and exterior photos of the space. The workshop will be held in the lobby area!

MFA, CMHC, YT-200 (she/her)
I'm a Certified Health Coach who helps women embrace the power of their minds and bodies to manage stress, build and maintain healthy habits, and feel better. I'm also a trained yoga and meditation teacher. In my work, I use evidence-based practices, and weave in my expertise in storytelling that I gained through a MFA in Cinema Directing, and a decade-long career in the communications field. The stories we tell ourselves are powerful!
Outside of work, you'll find me playing with my chocolate lab, wandering around nature, or drinking coffee and reading all of the rom coms. More about me, and how to contact me, here: https://vibly.io/experts/emily-harmon/

I'm a Licensed Acupuncturist, clinical herbalist, health coach, and owner of Fireweed Acupuncture. Rooted in Chinese medicine, my work centers on seeing each person as an individual, finding the pattern in your particular constellation of symptoms, and figuring out which threads to pull to improve how you feel.
I work most often with people navigating perimenopause and menopause, menstrual concerns, chronic pain, and the day-to-day reality of living with chronic illness. I take a collaborative, pragmatic approach and enjoy meeting each person where they are and helping people build realistic daily practices that fit their lives. When not in the clinic, you will find me reading, writing letters, birdwatching, and enjoying a cup of tea!
